Denise was born and raised in Brownsville who has spent over 20 years working on economic development and job creation. As a first-time candidate she will bring a fresh voice with a clear vision for south Texas.

In Congress she will work with small businesses to help create the economic climate that will help them expand and start hiring again. She shares our frustration with the habitual political corruption in south Texas politics and will work to give local prosecutors the tools they need to clean up our government. She’s also a strong advocate for providing our kids a 21st century education and protecting our seniors by working to save Social Security and Medicare for future generations
